1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Girl Dinner mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Girl Dinner is an entertainment application that generates random snack plate combinations based on ingredients you select. The App is intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for nutritional or dietary advice.

3. User Accounts

Girl Dinner does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including:

• Chaos Queen (Premium): Removes advertisements and unlocks premium features

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.

5. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App to transmit harmful code or malware

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Foxxception LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Food Safety Notice: Girl Dinner generates random food combinations for entertainment purposes. Always use your own judgment regarding food safety, allergies, and dietary restrictions. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or health issues resulting from consuming food combinations suggested by the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOXXCEPTION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foxxception LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
